The participants cook 3 courses and a dessert, taste wines and olive oils, and enjoy the delicacies they have prepared under the mentorship of a chef who has worked all over the world.
They say that the best way to get to know another culture is through gastronomy, so in this way you will get to know customs, learn about local food, cook and taste top delicacies.
The host team of 4 people is friendly, so you can expect hanging out, laughter and great fun.

Meat cooking class
One of the meat specialties will be istrian ox beef "boškarin", whose quality of meat always delights everyone.
Fish cooking class
The focus is on mediterranean specialties, fish and seafood. The participants themselves choose the fish that is available according to the season, e.g. calamari, sardines, sea bass, sea brem..
Pasta cooking class
Istria is known for its excellent pasta, so on the course you will make handmade istrian pasta, such as "pljukanci", "fuži", etc.
Vegan/vegetarian cooking classes
Istrian cuisine has a lot of pasta and greens, so our plant-based chef prepares excellent vegan and vegetarian specialties from local ingredients.
Pula pastry class
Participants in the course learn how to prepare some of the most typical Istrian desserts, such as “fritula” and “kroštula”, with the addition of some mediterranean desserts.
Homemade pizza
Learn everything you need to make a fantastic pizza that you can prepare at home after the class.

Deniz Zembo is known as one of the most imaginative croatian chefs, which has been confirmed on several occasions by the prestigious Gault Millau gastronomic guide.
In his career, he cooked for numerous world stars and presidential delegations.
He gained his greatest experience working in London, where he completed his education and ran a restaurant. He also ran numerous other facilities, the most famous of which is Le Mandrać, with which he brought molecular gastronomy to Croatia.
The participants of the cooking classes love him for his great knowledge and cooking experience, his stories about food, but also for his sense of humor, which guarantee a lot of laughter and a relaxed atmosphere at the classes.
