Cooking & fun

Our cooking classes consist of a visit to the green market to get fresh ingredients, cooking 3 courses and dessert with the mentorship of the chef and tasting the prepared dishes with wine.

Although our head chef is Deniz Zembo full of culinary knowledge and experience, he likes to share it in an accessible and fun way, which is one of the reasons why participants love our cooking classes.

About the chef

Deniz Zembo is known as one of the most imaginative croatian chefs, which has been confirmed on several occasions by the prestigious Gault Millau gastronomic guide. 

In his career, he cooked for numerous world stars and presidential delegations.

He gained his greatest experience working in London, where he completed his education and ran a restaurant. He also ran numerous other facilities, the most famous of which is Le Mandrać, with which he brought molecular gastronomy to Croatia.

The participants of the cooking classes love him for his great knowledge and cooking experience, his stories about food, but also for his sense of humor, which guarantee a lot of laughter and a relaxed atmosphere at the classes.
