Cooking class in Pula: 25 young Americans enjoyed our company & food

Spring is just around the corner, and with it comes new groups of guests from all over the world. Our cooking class delights them again and again, even if they are not fans of cooking.

Namely, in our cooking classes, in addition to cooking, it is equally important that the participants have a good time and enjoy top delicacies.

Teenagers love to cook too

We received an inquiry for a group of Americans for our cooking class. Although Americans are one of our most frequent participants, it is a bit rarer that such a young group of 16-18 years old come to us as this time.

This only confirmed that our Pula cooking classes are intended and equally interesting for people regardless of age.

In general they mostly attract middle-aged people, families with children, young couples and foodies.

Great atmosphere

It was really enjoyable at the cooking class. Lots of laughter, fun with inevitably cooking and tasting, and the time just flew by. Cooking class in Pula was held in our professional kitchen just near roman Amphitheatar.

Handmade pasta with meat and fish

The group chose the pasta cooking class. The emphasis was on the preparation of local, istrian pasta called “pljukanci”. We prepared them in 3 versions.

The first, classic one was the one with the addition of Istrian ox beef boškarin and asparagus.

In the second, there was an emphasis on fish, so the Americans enjoyed sea bass and prawns.

In the third, vegan variant, the emphasis was on asparagus.

Fruit dessert

After they truly enjoyed the savory snacks, it was time for dessert.

This time, crumble was on the schedule.

The main ingredients were apples and tangerines. Since some of the participants were gluten free, we also used sunflower seed flour.
