Americans love us! Apart from the fact that they are one of the most frequent participants in our cooking classes, it is always really fun with them.
Americans love cooking classes in Istria
It was the same this time, when a large group of Americans contacted us. About 50 of them wanted to participate in our cooking class.
Otherwise, they are known as a nation that likes to get to know other cultures through gastronomy.
From gnocchi to a delicious dessert
In the two hours they had at their disposal, the Americans enjoyed cooking, tasting, presenting and tasting wine. As always in our cooking classes, they prepared 3 courses and a dessert.
Everything took place in a relaxed atmosphere with lots of laughter and enthusiasm.
With the guidance of famous chef Deniz Zembo, they prepared a typical istrian dish, gnocchi with istrian ox beef boškarin. The vegan version was gnocchi with mushrooms.
The participants enjoyed local, istrian wines, and they especially liked Malvasia.
True gourmets also like to eat something sweet, so this time the participants prepared an apple pie.
